If your student is not supposed to participate in P.E. for a period of time due to an injury or illness, please bring a note from home or from the doctor to let Mr. Miller know.
The note should include the following:
- The reason why the student can not participate
- When the student will be able to participate again
- A signature from a parent or doctor
