ROAR! ROAR! ROAR! ROAR! ROAR! ROAR! ROAR! ROAR!

I think it is safe to say that 3rd grade is the BEST grade of all! I have been teaching at Newcastle Elementary since we opened the school in 2004. Can you guess how long I have been teaching?

I live in Issaquah with my husband, Paul, our two little boys and our black and white Shih-Tzu, Maximus.

Grayson is the big brother and he will turn 2 in December. He loves sports and running around. He usually has a baseball bat and a ball with him wherever he goes! He has just started talking and chats all day long!

Sawyer was born on June 2, 2009 and is growing more and more with each day that passes. You can usually find him smiling or giggling as you walk by. He has one dimple that appears every time his enormous grin spreads across his face!

We love spending time together and playing outside. You can often find us at a park or out walking around Issaquah with our boys!

I can't wait to get to know YOU better over this next year!
Here are a few more things about me...

Favorite part of teaching...	I love watching how much you grow from the first day of school to the last! You start out as a little kid and grow into a BIG kid before my eyes! I also love teaching writing... it is amazing the creativity and thoughts that come from 3rd graders little brains!
Favorite thing to do when I am not teaching...	Playing with my boysies, reading, shopping (who doesn't like that!), snowboarding, running and playing outside

Favorite place I have visited...	St. Raphael in the south of France... pretty, pretty, pretty!
