Missing Contacts in Global Address Book in Outlook:

Question:

User does not have contacts listed as a choice in “show names listed in” box when she clicks on To … Her contacts are here, we can see them when we click on Contacts in the Outlook bar, and she can right click and send…but we want to be able to use the To … button. How can we fix that?

Answer:

It sounds like you have to add the contact folder:  Start>Control Panel>choose "classic view" and click on Mail> email accounts>add new address book>additional address books>outlook address book. From then on accept the defaults. Once completed it may take a few minutes to create. Close email client and reopen and look for the "contacts folder".

District Tech Specialist supply money was used to purchase a color printer for the Newcastle computer lab. This printer is able to read several types of camera media cards/sticks. So if you don't have your cord, you can use that printer to download your pictures to the server. Please do not use this printer for printing however, since Tech Specialist supply money is used to replace the ink cartridges.

I want to use a school digital still or video camera

All cameras are part of our library inventory and Theresa Gekeler keeps track of these. So if someone needs a camera then they need to see Theresa and check one out from the library. She also has a sign up sheet for reserving the video cameras for future dates.
